Calvin Harris puts heart and sole into Dundee gig
Music star Calvin Harris is used to crowds at his gigs going crazy -- but he had a reaction he wasn't expecting in Dundee last night when he was caught in the face by a flying shoe.

The Dumfries-born DJ, producer and singer -- whose hits include The Girls and Acceptable in the 80s -- had barely started his gig at the city's Fat Sams Live venue when the size nine flew towards the stage and dealt him a blow.
Harris dropped to his knees as his audience booed the thrower, but he recovered to joke about the incident and carry on with the set shortly afterwards.
One gig-goer told The Courier, "It was his first track, and he was giving it all the 'Hello, Dundee, ' when he got smacked in the face by a shoe.
"He went down on his knees for maybe 10 seconds, and it looked like he was hurt.
"But he got up again and told everyone he was all right and started turning it into a joke.
"The people who were supporting him were a bit surprised and the crowd were booing whoever threw the shoe. He kept making a joke about it afterwards and just carried on regardless."
Harris was playing the latest leg of his tour of the UK and Ireland, marking the release of number one album Ready For the Weekend.
The album includes chart-toppers I'm Not Alone and Dizzee Rascal collaboration Dance Wiv Me.
