All will be revealed today as this year's World Scotch Pie championship gets under way.

Eighty butchers and bakers, including two from England, are entered for the competition to be named pie champ.

Organiser Alan Stuart, of Stuart's of Buckhaven, has been pleased with the high volume of entries from 30 bakers and 50 butchers.

He was delighted to welcome the English contestants-long-time supporter Graeme Trotter, from Northumberland, and debutante Mark Duckworth, from Kirby.
