The Special '1' — Matthew is 11 on 11/11/11
A Blairgowrie boy is celebrating a memorable birthday today as he turns 11 on 11/11/11.

Rattray Primary School pupil Matthew Breen will be marking his unique birthday with his parents Leah (32) and David (40) and his brothers Darren (14) and Christopher (8).
Matthew's mum said she was unaware of the coincidence surrounding his age and the date until a few weeks ago.
''I wasn't even aware of it until I started thinking about his birthday and realised he would be 11 on the 11/11/11,'' she said. ''He says everyone has told him it's an important birthday but he's not thinking too much about it.''
She added: ''Matthew knows his birthday is on Remembrance Day. His school is having a Remembrance Day assembly and he is taking part in that.''
