Noel Gallagher will complete the trio of T in the Park venues.

Kasabian, The Libertines and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are to headline T in the Park.

The festival, due to be held for the first time at Strathallan Castle Estate, will also rock to the sounds of The Prodigy, Stereophonics, Avicci, David Guetta, The Script, Sam Smith, Rudimental, Fatboy Slim, Jessie J, The Vaccines, Seasick Steve, Paloma Faith, Jamie T and Scottish legends Idlewild along with dozens of others.

Kasabian will headline the Friday night on July 10 following their headline slot at Balado in 2012, while former Oasis guitarist, singer and songwriter Noel Gallagher will close the festival on Sunday, July 12, alongside his High Flying Birds.

The Libertines had already been announced to headline the Saturday night of the festival, although Swedish dance sensation Avicci will bring the Saturday proceedings to a close after Pete Doherty and Carl Barat’s reformed pop-rockers.

Festival director Geoff Ellis said 2015 will be a “very special one for T in the Park as we make the beautiful grounds of Strathallan Castle our new home.”

He added: “We’re thrilled that some of the biggest artists in the world will be joining us in this historic first year … it’s going to be some housewarming party.”

Noel Gallagher and The Prodigy, who headline the Radio One stage on Sunday, will become the only acts to have graced the main stage at all three of T’s homes, Strathclyde Country Park, Balado and now Strathallan Castle.
