Craigie kids in Dundee are looking forward to trading up pitches after work started on a new 3G surface.
After years of hard work, construction is now under way at the £600,000 project to convert the old blaes pitch at Craigie High School.
The project only recently achieved its funding target, which was a huge relief to the Craigie Community Sports Hub that is leading the transformation.
The pitch is being funded by sportscotland, the Robertson Trust, the Gannochy Trust, the Garfield Weston Foundation, the Moffat Charitable Trust, the Scottish Football Partnership and Dundee City Council.
