On September 18 Scots will be asked to make a huge decision. The Courier wants to engage with as many readers as possible in the run-up to the independence referendum.
Next week The Courier will embark on its biggest ever roadshow across Courier Country.
We will be kicking off our referendum roadtrip next Tuesday in Glenrothes and Markinch, and we want you to join us.
We are visiting dozens of towns across Dundee, Fife, Perthshire, Angus, the Mearns and Stirlingshire.
Over the next 10 weeks we will be clocking up the miles in the Courier ‘Battle Bus’, and armed with our iPads we will be listening to your views on independence.
You may get the chance to come face to face with the politicians, providing you with an opportunity to grill the Yes campaign or Better Together representatives on the issues that matter.
Whatever the outcome of the poll on September 18, what is certain is that the vote will be life-changing for Scotland and for the rest of the UK.
Since the Acts of Union in 1707, Scotland has never been faced with such a momentous decision.
Scotland has never been given the option of leaving, despite two referenda one successful, the other not on devolving powers.
To date, the formation of the Scottish Parliament in 1999 was the biggest change in Scottish governance in hundreds of years.
The referendum will be an opportunity for Scotland to become an independent nation. There will be unprecedented change for those both north and south of the border.
Since the referendum date was first announced, there has been no shortage of column inches in The Courier from both sides of the debate.

Since the 670-page white paper was published in November 2013, the debate has gathered momentum.

For the first time our younger readers can get involved in the debate, with 16-17 year olds eligible for the referendum vote.
In addition to the 10-week roadshow, we will be hosting four major debates one each in Perth, Dundee, Fife and Angus.
