YOUNG JOB seekers and those considering leaving school were given an insight into the range of opportunities available to them yesterday.

Pupils from Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes took part in an interactive event at the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy, aimed at finding employment, training and learning.

It was organised by Careers Scotland, Scottish Enterprise Fife, Fife Training Providers, Job Centre Plus and Adam Smith College.

Everyone who attended was offered follow-up support by a Careers Scotland adviser to help them carry through their plans.
