DUNDEE TEENAGER Wayne Melvin (17), Ballindean Place, appeared in private before Sheriff Davidson at Dundee yesterday on a petition alleging murder.

He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody while the case was continued for further inquiry.

His appearance follows the death of a 51-year-old Dundee man on Sunday.
