A former journalist who found success with a non-fiction book on notorious murders in Dundee yesterday celebrated the launch of his first fiction novel. Alexander McGregor, the former chief reporter of The Courier, was at Ottakar’s on Dundee High Street to sign copies of his thriller Lawless for fans including Pauline Morris and Marina Carroll. His book The Law Killers was the number one best seller in Scotland for 10 weeks.
