AN ANGUS girl is jetting off to London for the opportunity to win a top modelling contract and follow in the footsteps of Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum.

Libby Forbes has been picked as one of 17 finalists in a national competition to find the Elite Models Face of the Future 2007.

The 14-year-old was selected from thousands of girls nationwide to attend the UK final on November 22.

There she will compete for a place in the world final in Dubai in February with the chance of winning a one-year contract with Elite Model Management.

“I want to become a model because I think it would be extremely interesting and just a truly amazing experience,” said Libby. “I can’t believe I have been chosen to attend the final in London.”
