SARAH BROWN, wife of Chancellor Gordon Brown, visited Fife Ethylene Plant at Mossmorran yesterday where staff presented her with a £1500 cheque for the Jennifer Brown Research Fund. Employees raised the sum through ExxonMobil’s Nobody Gets Hurt safety incentive scheme.

Operations manager Ken Francey said, “Everyone benefits on a daily basis by ensuring nobody gets hurt.

“It is also great for us to see a local organisation reap the rewards of our safe practices.”
