STAFF FROM the Royal Bank of Scotland in Fife have joined forces to raise over £500 for National Children’s Homes.
RBS business managers in Fife held a wine tasting event where local advisers —including solicitors, accountants and financial advisers—were able to network with small business owners from the region.
All those attending made donations and a business card draw was held, with the winner choosing the charity.
George Belmont of Balmoral Asset Management won the draw and selected National Children’s Homes as the beneficiary.
A total of £321 was raised on the night with the bank adding a further £250 through its community cashback programme.
This programme is part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to the communities in which they operate.
Many members of staff throughout the country give up their own time to support local charities and other good causes, with the work they carry out varying greatly.
