WITH BOOTS still caked in mud and hangovers barely cleared from the weekend’s festivities, T in the Park fans are already being invited to stake their claim for a place at next year’s festival.
T in the Park’s organisers confirmed last night that a limited number of tickets for 2008 will go on sale tomorrow.
The award-winning festival’s 15th birthday next year will again be a three day event, running from July 11-13.
An almighty scramble for tickets is anticipated—the early bird offer for this year’s festival resulted in 35,000 tickets being snapped up in 70 minutes.
A T in the Park spokesperson said, “A limited number of tickets for the UK’s best major festival will be put on sale on Tuesday, July 10 at 9am and T in the Parkers will be delighted to hear that they are going on sale at 2007’s prices.
“For those not lucky enough to have made this year’s festival, a spectacular opportunity exists to be up bright and breezy to make sure they don’t miss out on next year’s fun.”
Weekend passes with camping will cost £140, while combined Saturday and Sunday tickets—which do not include camping— are priced at £120.
Tickets will only be available through the official websites www.tinthepark.com and www.scotland.ticketmaster.co.uk or phone sales on 0870 169 0100.
