FITNESS TEACHERS from all over Scotland gathered in Perth at the weekend for a continuing professional development event.
Among them were Fiona Hunter from Glenrothes and Sally Floyd from Edinburgh who, after 15 months’ training and practice, have started classes in Glenrothes, Pitlessie and Craiglockhart in Edinburgh.
The two Fitness League teachers received diplomas from Pam Scott- Watson of Forres—a teacher with 50 years’ experience—at the Dewar’s Centre.
They bring the Fitness League’s strength to 16 teachers, running 27 classes from Inverness to the Borders.
Founded in 1930, the Fitness League, formerly the Women’s League of Health and Beauty, was a pioneer in women’s fitness.
