KIRKCALDY MUM Joyce Fegen celebrates a major milestone today when she finally gets to be a teenager!

Joyce, who was born in Dundee but now lives in Kirkcaldy, came into the world on February 29, 1956, and while today is her 52nd birthday as far as her actual age goes, it is only her 13th REAL birthday.

A clerical officer at Forth Park Hospital in Kirkcaldy, Joyce is married to Bruce and has two grown-up children, Neil and Jill.

“It’s great to have a genuine birthday, but I’ve had to promise I won’t go in the huff and hide away for hours at a time in my bedroom now that I’m a teenager,” she said.
