STAFF AT the Fairways Restaurant at Elmwood College’s golf course near Cupar are celebrating their Eat Safe award.
The scheme promotes excellence in food hygiene and food safety management in catering establishments across the country.
It was launched by the Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland and has since been extended to Scotland.
Yesterday Fife councillor George Kay paid a visit to the Fairways Restaurant to hand over the award to staff.
