Tiny tots toddle in historic setting

Those who took part in the toddle.

A GROUP of Angus toddlers put their best tiny feet forward in the royal surroundings of Glamis Castle yesterday.

Members of Charleston Pre-School Playgroup and their associated parent and toddler group followed in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay for their sponsored walk.

Just two weeks after the royal pair visited the childhood home of the Queen Mother, around 16 children walked the mile-long drive to the property.

They were accompanied by parents, helpers and staff for the event to boost playgroup funds.

At their destination they tucked into a picnic and enjoyed time at the playpark before returning to their meeting place at Charleston Village Hall.
