A TEENAGER accused of throwing a drinks can at the car of suspended Dundee teacher Michael Barile appeared from custody at the city’s sheriff court yesterday.

Andrew Stewart Pattie (16), Americanmuir Road, denied damaging the bodywork of the car in Teviotdale Avenue on December 31 while on bail and subject to an anti-social behaviour order.

A trial date was fixed for March 5, with an intermediate diet on February 18, and Pattie was granted bail.
