THE FIRST in the latest summer series of Sunday band concerts in Dundee was held at Magdalen Green Bandstand yesterday, with Tayport Instrumental Band entertaining with a varied programme.

The Sunday concerts continue each week until August 16 at various venues. The 2-3pm concerts are free.

Tayport Instrumental Band, Dundee Instrumental Band, City of Discovery Brass Band, and Fife harmony band Steamer Lane will all be taking part.
