Forfar embark on the first of three consecutive long roads trip that could define their Division One campaign.
The Loons travel down to Ayr United today then head to Greenock to face Morton next Saturday before a Tuesday night trip to Peterhead.
That is a daunting schedule by anyone’s reckoning but manager Dick Campbell is backing his players to cope.
He said: “This could go a long way to deciding how our season goes but for me it has already been a fantastic campaign from the players.
“We have only been out of the top two in this league on three occasions.
“We now have 11 games left and it’s all about making a final push for points now.
“Our players have earned the right to be involved at the top end of the table and I am backing them all the way.”
Gavin Malin’s availability after suspension and Mark Baxter’s return to fitness mean Campbell will have a full squad available to him at Somerset Park.
The Honest Men are expected to have frontman Alan Forrest aavailable again after he missed their last match against Peterhead through illness.
