Murray Davidson insists his boss Tommy Wright should be a shoe-in for the December Manager of the Month Award.
The big Northern Irishman has masterminded a stunning turnaround in fortunes for Saints in recent weeks, with Saturday’s win over 10-man Inverness stretching their unbeaten run to seven games.
The Perth side have won their last five matches in all competitions and Davidson just can’t see past his gaffer for the monthly accolade, insisting that the club in general never seem to receive the recognition they deserve.
The midfielder said: “I would think he would be in for a shout because of the run we are on. If he doesn’t win it, it will have to be some team performance to take it off him.”
