Glasgow Warriors star looking forward to ‘absolutely massive’ showdown with Ulster

Chris Cusiter has labelled Glasgow’s Pro12 title race showdown with Ulster “absolutely massive.”
The sides are both in the running to claim a home play-off semi-final in the wake of events at the weekend.
Cusiter has called on his troops to produce the same level of performance to the one that sparked their 24-5 humbling of Euro giants Munster in Limerick.
He is quitting the Warriors for Sale Sharks at the end of the season and his aim is to bow out with a championship winners’ medal.
He admitted the wrestling match with Ulster at Scotstoun on Friday will have a significant bearing on how the table shapes up.
“It is absolutely massive for us,”he said. “They got a good bonus-point win against Connacht and in terms of the play-offs this week is huge.
“We won over in Belfast at the start of the season and didn’t play that well and both teams have obviously come on a lot since then so this is crucial.
Stand-in skipper Cusiter added: “The fact we were the first team to win at Thomond this season made our victory very special.”
