Eight-year-old boy assaulted at crazy golf area in Broughty Ferry

An eight-year old boy has been assaulted at the crazy golf area in Broughty Ferry.
The shocking incident left the boy with a minor injury.
Police are now hunting a 30 to 40 year-old white male in connection with the assault, which happened at the Crazy Golf Area at Castle Green, St Vincent Street, Broughty Ferry.
A spokesman for Police Scotland, Tayside Division, said: “Police in Dundee are appealing for witnesses in relation to an assault on an 8-year-old boy which occurred at the Crazy Golf Area at Castle Green, St Vincent Street, Broughty Ferry at about 16.20 hours on Thursday 10th July.
“The boy sustained a very minor injury and did not require any medical treatment.
“The person responsible is described as a white male, aged 30- 40 years old, about six feet three inches tall and at the time, was wearing navy jeans, navy/grey speckled t-shirt.
“At the time of the incident, numerous persons were in the area.”
