A recovery will take place after a fuel truck overturned on the stretch of the road near Tannadice just before evening rush hour. The Brechin-based Carnegie Fuels truck was travelling northbound when it overturned and ended up in bushes just off the carriageway. The road was closed for a short time while emergency services attended the scene but all lanes were reopened again not long afterwards. The driver escaped injury. Police decided to leave recovery of the tanker until 9pm as it will be much quieter around that time.
