Beth Malcolm will sing the national anthem ahead of the Scotland V England U18's match later this year.
A Perth High School pupil has been chosen to sing the national anthems at an international football match being played in Perth next month.
Beth Malcolm (15) will perform on the McDiarmid Park pitch ahead of the Scotland v England under-18 schoolboys international on Friday April 12.
She will sing Flower of Scotland and God Save the Queen before kick-off on the night.
Already an experienced singer, Beth performed on a Celtic/folk music tour in Germany with her father Jim Malcolm, and the family duo has also sung at many concerts across Scotland.
Beth’s solo performances include singing at Princes Street Gardens during the Edinburgh Festival and auditioning for Britain’s Got Talent at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre.
“I’ve never performed at a sports event like this before so I’m really excited and looking forward to it,” she said.
The under-18 schoolboys clash is the first game of its kind to be held in Perth for many years. The match will kick off at 7pm.
