Madam, – In reference to your article “Let jobless pick fruit, say worried farmers” (Courier, April 29).
Madam, – The recent decision to force all female athletes to comply with a limit on their testosterone levels and the tactic to artificially control the levels, is the wrong way of solving the problem of unfairness (No let up in the battle over eligibility: Semenya, Courier, May 2).
Madam, – “20 years ago, I think the Scottish Parliament was ahead of Westminster...now I think Westminster at the very least has caught up”.
Madam, – SNP conferences seem to exist in a bubble of unreality where the party faithful are fed on a diet of wishful thinking and unconditional expectations that border on misty-eyed delusion but are swallowed as fact.
Madam, – With the ongoing nationwide publicity regarding Spring Cleaning Britain and the anti-social aspect of dropping litter and dumping rubbish, it is very disappointing and infuriating to observe the result of continued fly-tipping activities in the country roads around the villages of Liff and Fowlis.
