Madam, – I write regarding the article “Members of the Kirk feel like failures”, (Courier, April 1.)
Madam, – Today we are fools, tomorrow we will be fools and in May we are fools in allowing ourselves and the UK to become the laughing stock of the world by our Westminster masters.
Madam, – Steve Kerr (Independent schools are not charities, Courier, March 29) is sincere I’m sure, but he is entirely wrong in his take on the High School of Dundee.
Madam, – In comparing Brexit with the “nightmare of a divorce” (Readers’ Letters, Courier, March 27), the Rev Dr John Cameron rightly deplores the latter but he does not recognise the dreadful negotiations and the European Union’s fatal flaws.
Madam, – Martin Redfern would have your readers believe the 55% of Scots who voted for retention of the union with England in 2014 are “ceaselessly” ignored by an SNP government working on behalf of all Scots (Ignoring the will of the majority, Courier, March 22).
Madam, – I am writing regarding to the reform of business rates in independent schools (‘Vindictive’ attack on independent schools, Courier, March 27).
