Dundee company My Pinkie Promise has been named as a finalist in the 2011 Association of Scottish Businesswomen awards.
The marketing and event management firm’s managing director Alison Henderson is in line for the Young Business of the Year Award.
The ASB recognises women who are high achievers in business and this year’s winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Aviemore in September.
“Although I run the company, oversee the events that we manage as a team, and offer the marketing consultancy service to our clients, I couldn’t do it without the support of the rest of the team, and I really appreciate all their hard work,” said Alison.
She said the company’s name was chosen to reflect its commitment to its clients.
“A pinkie promise is a binding arrangement between two parties,” she said.
