Well, I’ve just found another way to get to the Carnegie Hall!” laughed American song writing legend Jimmy Webb as he took to the stage in Fife for the first time at the Dunfermline version of Carnegie’s New York name sake.
He wasn’t the best known name on the bill, but blues rock guitarist Kris Barras summed up the PKD Festival best as he took to the Dalgety Bay stage late on Saturday afternoon with his blend of soul-wrenching melodies that has recently seen him reach number two in the blues chart.
As headliners go, like them or loathe them, The Stone Roses were one of the more attractive propositions to fill Friday’s slot at T in the Park in 2016.
