Demonstrators gather outside student halls in Dundee after Covid-19 outbreak

Protesters gathered outside Covid-hit students halls in Dundee on Sunday afternoon.

Demonstrators visited Parker House and Meadowside Halls to speak out against lockdown restrictions.

NHS Tayside has confirmed 49 positive cases of coronavirus at Parker House and three at Meadowside.

Testing kits were delivered to all residents this weekend.

Some of the protesters held banners reading “Dundee Resistance” but had dispersed within two hours.
