Its two collections showcase the world’s best adventure film makers, with superhuman challenges, soulful journeys and spectacular cinematography. The tour’s films are chosen from hundreds of entries to the Banff Mountain Film Festival, held each November in the Canadian Rockies. Among the many films, Up to Speed focuses on the sport of speed climbing, which will make its debut at the 2020 Olympic Games. Home follows Oxford adventurer Sarah Outen’s four-year traverse of the globe by bike, kayak and rowing boat. Spectre Exhibition – Mission Antarctica tracks three adventurers using snow kites as they aim for the summit of one of Earth’s most remote mountains.
