Image: Google Street View A 13-year-old boy has been charged after a car was stolen in Arbroath. Officers were called to the town’s Brechin Road at around 6:55am on Tuesday morning. The car was recovered nearby a short time later. A 13-year-old boy was charged, and a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities. An 18-year-old male was also later arrested in Aberdeen in connection with the theft. He was also charged, and is due to appear in court at a later date.
