A person has been taken to hospital after a crash between a lorry and a car near Kirkcaldy.
The crash happened shortly after 8am on Wednesday on the A921 off the Redhouse Roundabout.
Police, paramedics, Amey crews and firefighters – including one heavy rescue unit – attended.
One person was taken to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for treatment.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 8.09am to attend a road traffic collision on the Redhouse Roundabout, Kirkcaldy.
“Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene and one patient was transported to the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.”
‘Gridlock’ on roundabout near Kirkcaldy after car and lorry involved in crash
Drivers faced delays on all approaches to the roundabout.
Some reported a “gridlock” southbound on the A92 between Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy due to the crash.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We received a call at 8.07am about a crash between a lorry and a car.
“Three appliances and one heavy rescue unit attended.
“The message to stop came in at 8.54am.”
A Traffic Scotland update on X read: “A92 Redhouse Roundabout. Delays on all approaches of the roundabout due to a collision and closure on non-trunk A921.
“Southbound carriageway is now clear.”
