Hot dogs and their sun-kissed owners enjoyed Kirriemuir’s first Tartan Doggy Day.
The event took place on Sunday at the town’s Pathhead Farm, where a dog park is one of the latest additions to the popular equestrian centre and café.
Tartan Doggy Day welcomed all breeds, sizes and personalities to make new furry friends.
The programme included competitions, demonstrations and family activities.
“It’s all about getting involved in pet-friendly, family fun on the farm, and making tails wag,” said Pathhead dog park creator Alan Bruce.
Donations for entry to the Kirriemuir event will go to the Scottish SPCA.
The family-run farm has grown into a vibrant community hub since 1996.
“We like to say we offer ‘a little countryside, a lot of heart’,” said Pathhead owner Ally Bruce.
“It’s a place where ponies, dogs, plants, food, and people all come together.”
