The Glenrothes branch of a tool supply firm has been targeted by pro-Palestine campaigners.
Cromwell Tools, in Eastfield Industrial Estate, was covered in red paint and graffiti overnight.
“Blood on your hands” and “drop Ebit” were sprayed onto the side of the building.
Images taken by The Courier show that several of the building’s windows and the windows of vans parked outside were smashed.
Palestine Action has not taken responsibility for the stunt, but the Eastfield Industrial Estate address is listed as a suggested ‘target’ on their website.
According to them, UK chain Cromwell Tools is a supplier for UAV Tactical Systems in Leicester, a subsidiary of Israel-based weapons manufacturer Elbit Systems.
The building was graffitied a day after ministers voted in favour of proscribing Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation.
Today, a High Court judge refused to pause the government’s decision, meaning the group is expected to be banned.
Windows smashed and red paint thrown at Glenrothes building by protesters
Palestine Action previously caused damage to Perth’s Aviva offices in protest over the company’s alleged links to the weapons firm.
Police have launched an investigation into the Glenrothes vandalism.
A spokesperson said: “We received a report of vandalism to a premises in Eastfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes around 5.15am on Friday.
“Inquiries are ongoing.”
The Courier has reached out to Cromwell Tools and Palestine Action for comment.
