Parts of Angus were hit by torrential showers on Saturday afternoon.
Brechin was one of the worst affected areas, with heavy rain around 3pm causing problems for drivers.
The A935 Montrose Road entrance to the town was badly affected, with Police in attendance at the flooded junction with Drumachlie Loan.
Heavy showers continued to fall during the late afternoon and drivers were urged to take account of the difficult conditions.
Scottish Fire and Rescue said they had not been called to any flood incidents in the Angus area during the afternoon.
