Michael Walsh, 71, of George Street, Blairgowrie, was told to stay away from the woman when he appeared from custody at Perth Sheriff Court. Walsh is alleged to have engaged in a course of conduct which caused her fear or alarm between January 20 and March 9. He is alleged to have repeatedly followed her and repeatedly tried to speak to her and stared at her and loitered at the Cateran Café and Fair O’Blair.
