A businessman who filmed himself raping his unconscious victim is behind bars.
Murray Clark preyed on the man, who he had earlier met on a dating app.
The 48 year-old sent his victim the seven minutes of footage, which he was shocked to see after he had charged his phone.
Clark, described as the chief executive of his un-named company, pled guilty to a rape charge when he appeared at the High Court in Glasgow.
The first offender, of Dunblane, will be sentenced next month.
Pair had earlier recorded a video
The attack happened at a flat in Glasgow’s Gorbals on May 17, last year.
The men had previously met up with each other.
Prosecutors said Clark struck while the man was “unconscious” and “incapable of giving…consent.”
The court heard they had recorded a video that night including both talking directly to the camera.
The victim then had no memory of what happened during a 30-minute “window”.
Prosecutor Angela Gray said the crime took place in that half hour period.
Miss Gray: “When he woke up, Clark told him he had ‘looked after him’ while he was unconscious and that he had sent him videos.
“The man did not know at that time what Clark meant.”
The next morning, the victim charged his phone and watched the five clips.

Miss Gray: “Clark is holding the recording device, filming.”
Clark took advantage of the man, who can even be heard snoring.
He later spoke to Clark, who was said to have “apologised”.
The victim went to police in December 2020.
Officers tried to trace Clark, who was in Spain at the time.
He later attended at a police station but made no comment to the allegation.
His QC John Scullion told the court: “He has asked me to state publicly that he wishes to apologise to the man for his behaviour as well as the pain and distress that he has caused.”
Lord Sandison adjourned the case until September 17 in Edinburgh.
The judge told Clark: “This is obviously a sad day for you and a whole variety of people.
“I do not like to see people of your age with no involvement with the law come before this court.
“There has been no application for bail, so you will be remanded in custody.”
