Child contact ban Fife man sent sick photo to teenager

A Rosyth pervert caught with a stash of vile child abuse images has also admitted sending a photograph of male genitals to an online account he believed to be run by a pre-teen boy.

Tony Williamson, 52, was placed on the Sex Offenders Register at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

He admitted sending a Kik account, named gayboi13jlqp@talk.kik, a picture of an erect penis.

Last March, Williamson was jailed after he ignored a court ban on him being in contact with all children.

This week, he admitted taking or making indecent images of children between February 7 in 2018 and October 16 2020 at his home in Norval Place.

He also admitted that on August 16 in 2020 he intentionally caused a person to look at a sexual image.

The charge states the victim remains unknown to prosecutors but described himself as a child who had not yet attained the age of 13.

Sheriff Elizabeth McFarlane continued his case to August 2 for sentencing.

Jailed for previous offence

In his previous case, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard Williamson had been invited to the home of a woman who had her 11-year-old with her.

The woman was unaware of the court order preventing Williamson being in contact with youngsters.

At around 2am, police were contacted about a noise complaint and went to the house, where they spoke to Williamson and the offence emerged.

Defence solicitor Fraser Napier said: “He’s been staying in his house since October and was struggling with his mental health.

“He’d been invited to go to the house to celebrate the woman’s birthday.”

He admitted breaching bail and was jailed for four months.

Sheriff James Macdonald told Williamson: “This was a blatant and deliberate offence.”
