A teenager is in a critical condition in hospital after a car hit a tree in Camperdown Park at around 10.10pm last night.
Three teenagers in a red Ford Ka were injured in the crash, which happened on the main drive of the park. They were taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
A 17-year-old female passenger sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
The 17-year-old female driver and 19-year-old male passenger sustained minor injuries and were released after treatment.
Police Scotland would like to appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time or who may have witnessed this incident to contact 101 or to speak to any police officer.
Meanwhile, a Dundee father-of-three remains in a critical condition in Ninewells Hospital after a horrific collision on the A90 on the outskirts of Dundee on Monday.
Forty-year-old Abdul Salem and his four-year-old daughter Aleena both suffered serious injuries in the collision on Powrie Brae.
Abdul, who runs a newsagents in Brechin, was driving home from work when his Toyota Corolla was involved in a collision with a lorry parked by the A90.
Both Abdul and Aleena were taken to hospital in separate ambulances.
