A fraudster faces deportation from the UK after he and his accomplice admitted committing a string of offences.
At Dundee Sheriff Court, Karol Zblewski and Tomasz Miller pleaded guilty to a total of 11 charges of resetting and using a stolen credit card to obtain goods and money in Dundee.
Zblewski, 29, a prisoner at Perth, had sentence deferred until October 5 for the Crown to make investigations into the existence of a European arrest warrant for him and for the consideration of a deportation notice.
Miller, 45, also a prisoner at Perth, had sentence deferred to the same date for a background report to be prepared.
Zblewski and Miller both admitted that between March 11-17, at Dundonald Street, they reset a credit card and a pair of binoculars.
They also admitted that on March 17, at Tesco Metro, Murraygate, they used a stolen credit card in the name of Una S Berry to make a contactless payment and obtain a bottle of juice.

Both men admitted they then went to Seagate Convenience Store and used the card to buy cigarettes worth £24 and on the same date, at the Co-operative, Albert Street, they attempted to obtain scratch cards to the value of £60.
Miller admitted that at Best One, Arbroath Road, he obtained goods to the value of £23.75 by fraud and on March 18, at Arklay Street Mini Market, by using the same card, he attempted to obtain goods to the value of £4.39.
Zblewski also admitted that on a number of occasions on March 17, at an unknown location in Dundee and elsewhere unknown, he presented the same card to an online gambling site, Dr Slot Casino, and obtained credit gaming services to the value of £700 by fraud.
The pair’s not guilty pleas to several other similar charges were accepted by the Crown. Both men were remanded in custody.
