Sentence was deferred after a woman admitted criminal activity in an incident on February 1.
Paula Higgins, 47, of Dickson Avenue, had sentence deferred after she pleaded guilty to, on February 1, at the common close at Fleming Gardens, acting in a manner causing or intending to cause alarm or distress to Diman Abu Bakir, engaged in an argument and made a racial remark towards her.
Sentence was deferred until July 26 and her bail was continued by Sheriff Simon Collins.
