A Dundee woman accused of assaulting three police officers and two other women will face trial next month.
Riki Carr, 25, of Pitkerro Road, is currently banned from entering the city centre until the completion of the proceedings against her and has also been warned not to enter the Mayfly public house in Perth Road.
Carr denies that she assaulted Abbie Johnson, seized her by the hair, pulled her by the hair to the ground, pulled her across the floor and repeatedly kicked her on the head to her injury at Club Tropicana and Vogue, South Ward Road, on December 10.
She also denies that she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, repeatedly refused to leave the club, repeatedly shouted, screamed, swore and uttered abusive remarks and assaulted PC Averil McGregor by pushing her on the body and pulling her to the ground at South Ward Road on the same date.
Carr further denies that she assaulted PC Gareth Jennings, kicked him on the body and attempted to butt him on the body at the same place on the same date, and that she assaulted PC Lauren Jeffrey and attempted to spit on her face at police HQ on the same date.
Carr maintained her not guilty pleas when she appeared in court yesterday.
Trial was fixed for March 21.
Carr is also due to appear in court on March 8 after previously denying that on September 15, at the Mayfly, Perth Road, she wilfully or recklessly destroyed property by throwing tables over and breaking tops off, smashing four plant pots and plates and that she assaulted Helen Thumbweed by pushing her on the body and shouted and swore.
She also denies that she threatened staff there and committed a breach of the peace on the same date.
Trial for those offences was fixed for March 28 with an intermediate diet on March 8 and Carr was granted bail under the special conditions.
