Motorist, 26, sent to jail for twice driving in Dundee while disqualified and without insurance

Sean Rooney, of James Street, Arbroath, was jailed for 14 months for driving offences.
Rooney, 26, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on Balgillo Road, Dundee, on July 8. He also admitted committing the same offences on Arbroath Road on August 25.
Sheriff John Carmichael told Rooney: “I have no option but to send you to prison.”
