Tay Road Bridge reopens following brief closure

The Tay Road Bridge has reopened after a brief closure on Monday morning.

Police confirmed an “ongoing incident” led to both sides of the bridge being closed to motorists.

Drivers reported traffic being backed up along Dock Street as a result of the closure.

Officers have now confirmed that the bridge is once again open to traffic.
