VIDEO: Lochee’s new cake shop sells kebabs — CHOCOLATE KEBABS!

Dundee chocolate lovers are in a frenzy after a new cake shop opened in Lochee — boasting a very special treat.

Caked Up is enjoying its first afternoon of trading on the High Street and offers a range of sweets and drinks.

However, it is the arrival of a chocolate kebab machine in the city that has already got people talking.

Caked’s owner Alix McConnachie said they had enjoyed an incredibly busy opening day as she showed The Courier how she prepares the unique kebabs for customers.

The shop is believed to be one of the only places in Scotland, and one of few in the UK, with a chocolate kebab machine.

The shop’s video of the device has already been viewed hundreds of times and has led people to urgently change their Friday night eating out plans.
