POLL: Are night time patrols by Dundee traffic wardens a step too far?

Dundee traffic wardens will tonight begin patrolling the streets after dark to crackdown on illegal parking.

The move means drivers who park on double yellow lines near their homes could find £30 penalties slapped on their windscreens.

The RAC Foundation said many motorists would question whether the move is a way for the council to make money or part of an urgent need to address parking issues.
