This video shows the aftermath of the underground blast and fire that caused widespread disruption in Dundee city centre this morning.
The footage, shared with The Courier by a local resident, shows smoke rising from a hole in the ground at Greenmarket before a member of crew from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service puts out the flames.
People in the area reported hearing a loud blast at around 8.30am.
The emergency services responded immediately and cordoned off the area. Nearby offices were evacuated and roads in and out of the area were blocked.
The incident was later confirmed as an electrical fault which caused power cuts to local homes and offices.
