Police are searching gardens of properties in Fife after a body was found in a burn. Emergency services have recovered the body, found close to Woodmill Road in Dunfermline, after the find on Tuesday morning at around 8am. The body has been taken away and now police are searching the area, including in the gardens of neighbouring properties. Witnesses said they saw three fire engines and water rescue units heading to the scene from the A92. A police spokeswoman said: “Emergency services are dealing with the recovery of a man found near the burn in Woodmill Road, Dunfermline. “Police officers from Police Scotland are in attendance and are being assisted by specialist officers.”
