Police have reminded the public to exercise near their homes after a number of people across Tayside and Fife again ignored lockdown rules over the weekend.
Many beauty spots throughout Courier country were said to be busier than in previous weeks, most notably Devilla Forest in Fife.
Barriers to the forest off the A985 near Kincardine were removed ahead of the weekend and one member of the public reported seeing more than a dozen cars and a campervan in the car park.
Officers from Police Scotland were patrolling the area on Saturday.
A police spokeswoman said officers on patrol were engaging with the public to ensure government advice about social distancing was being followed during the coronavirus pandemic.
“Officers will continue to engage with people, explain the new legislation and encourage anyone who may not be complying to act responsibly and return home,” said the spokeswoman.
“It is only as a last resort that they will turn to enforcement action.”
The car park serving Devilla Forest had been blocked off after officers had to turn people away from the beauty spot the previous weekend.
